Compact worksheet change- type laser FMS

Worksheets are automatically loaded/unloaded to/from the laser processing machine.
The stocker can store both raw material and finished workpieces
resulting in reduced floor space requirements.

Fastest loading / unloading in its class

The loader and unloader units each have a separate drive system instead of one used for both. As a result, the operation time of each unit is much faster when compared to a conventional system.

Flexibility to meet your production requirements

  • The QUICK CELL 3015 can be installed after the initial machine installation
  • Stocker can be expanded to 6, 10, 14 levels after installing the standard base system
  • Number of pallets used for material and the number of pallets used for finished parts can be freely selected for the 6, 10, and 14 level stockers

Compact floor space requirement

By loading and unloading the pallets at the same position, factory floor space is used more efficiently.
