Yamazaki Mazak Corporation will build an India manufacturing plant (name: YAMAZAKI MAZAK MACHINE TOOLS PRIVATE LIMITED) in Pune, Maharashtra, India, in 2023.
The India manufacturing plant will start operations in March 2023, and will start producing a new type of vertical machining center developed and designed in Japan for the Indian domestic market.
With this new plant, we have 11 production bases, 5 in Japan and 6 overseas. Going forward, we will continue to contribute to the development of the global manufacturing industry through the provision of production activities and service support at locations close to our customers.
