World Parts Center

 

The World Parts Center replaces spare parts dispatching that previously was located at each individual production facility with a new centralized parts center that operates 24/7 to provide improved support to customers all over the world. This center is designed to provide spare parts for more than 1500 different models of Mazak machine models - from the oldest to latest models. In order to ship most parts within 24 hours of receiving an order, the World Parts Center is equipped with large, high-speed automatic vertical stockers for parts management. The system is designed to meet forecasted requirements for the next 10 years.

A spindle rebuild center is located in the same facility. Spindle cartridges are professionally rebuilt and thoroughly inspected and tested before being supplied to customers.
