Company History

Yamazaki Mazak established oversea manufacturing plants earlier than other Japanese machine tool manufacturers. We are the only machine tool manufacturer that has established a global production base.

1919〜1950

Yamazaki Machinery founded by Sadakichi Yamazaki.
Began the manufacturing of straw mat weaving machinery.
