Mazak Tool ID System

The Mazak Tool ID chip is mounted in the retention stud of each tool. Required tool data is tied to each individual tool and registered in the factory network easily allowing thorough tool data management even when a tool is unloaded from a machine.

Required Tool Forecast

By using CYBER TOOL MANAGEMENT together with CYBER SCHEDULER, required tools for each machine can be automatically listed based on the production schedule.

Tool Database

All tool data can be displayed by PCs on the network.

Tool Magazine Display

Tool magazine conditions of each machine can be displayed at any off-site location.
